• Ability to mentor, train, and hold staff accountable for performance.

Responsibilities

• Participates in project kick-off meetings with Leadership and onsite staff for initial planning.
• Work with Regional Director to determine site staffing and project complexity.
• Submit relocation plans to funders in a timely manner.
