Job summary

Housing Opportunities Unlimited is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the relocation program across multiple sites. You will supervise staff, manage budgets, and coordinate with leadership to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

The role requires strong project management, superb communication, and the ability to mentor APMs while maintaining site safety and data security. Travel to sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in relocation services.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage staff performance and timelines.
• Strong project management and budgeting capabilities.
• Proficient with MS Office and project-management tools.

Responsibilities

• Participates in project planning and aligns staffing with site needs.
• Oversees multiple relocation sites and budgets with Regional Director.
• Engages with clients to ensure satisfaction and successful delivery.
• Prepares closeout reports, invoices, and project plans.
• Trains and mentors APMs and onsite staff.
• Ensures safety, confidentiality, and compliance at all sites.
• Develops proposals, adds scope, and drafts contract amendments.
• Reviews site progress in weekly leadership meetings.
