Job summary

Housing Alliance HTX is seeking a Lead Relocation Specialist in Houston, TX to lead relocation activities, guide staff, and coordinate housing transitions for residents affected by redevelopment and other agency initiatives.

You will ensure compliant relocation services, communicate with residents, vendors, and partners, and monitor timelines, documentation, and program results. A strong background in URA/HUD requirements and resident-centered service is essential.

Qualifications

• UR A familiarity and HUD relocation requirements knowledge.
• Experience coordinating relocation with redevelopment or housing initiatives.
• Strong communication, organization, and resident relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day relocation activities and staff guidance.
• Coordinate housing transitions with residents, landlords, vendors, and partners.
• Monitor timelines, documentation, and service delivery to ensure compliant relocations.
• Develop and implement standardized relocation procedures and tracking systems.
