Job summary

Housing Opportunities, Inc. seeks a Project Manager to join the Relocation Team and oversee multiple relocation sites across geographies. You will supervise staff, interface with clients, and manage the project life cycle from planning to closeout.

The role requires coordinating with leadership, draft proposals, monitor budgets, and ensure compliance with safety and training requirements. Applicants should exhibit strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Participates in project-specific, internal kick-off meetings with Leadership Team, APM and Relocation Coordinator, and/or onsite staff for initial planning for the project.
• Works closely with Regional Director to determine staffing and project complexity for sites.
• Responsible for submission of relocation plans to funders in a timely manner.
• Engages in new business development and drafts new business proposals and budgets.
• Interfaces with the client to ensure satisfaction with HOUs performance.
• Works with Director of Operations to ensure set-up, implementation, and close-out of relocation sites.
• Prepares final closeout report and client interview/debrief.
• Ensures staff complete requisite HOU trainings with the CLO.
• Reviews monthly invoices and site balances before sending to client.
• Flags budget concerns to Regional Director and suggests mitigation plans.
• Reviews relocation plans quarterly with APM for track/challenges/course corrections.
• Drafts and obtains client signatures on contract amendments/extensions.
• Participates in weekly meetings with APMs to review site progress.
• Trains APMs in expenses recording and site invoicing in Concur.
• Visits all sites quarterly to provide support to APM and onsite staff.
• Ensures confidentiality of resident and HOU information; enforces security protocols.
• Oversees hiring, terminations, status changes, and performance management for site staff.
• Completes staff evaluations twice a year (Sept and March).
• Ensures quarterly file audits and completion of documents.
• Completes comprehensive project reports and plans to track progress.
• Provides meaningful content to HOUs webpage quarterly.
• Participates in monthly meetings with APMs and Relocation Coordinators.
• Collaborates with Leadership Team on system-wide improvements.
• Contributes ideas for staff training and development.
• Ensures safety protocols at each site.
• Completes annual trainings.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
