Job summary

Northwood Ravin is seeking a Marketing Manager to coordinate the marketing for new luxury apartment communities from development through market launch and beyond. You will own timelines, assets, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure on-time delivery.

You will work with Development, Operations, onsite teams, and external partners to bring branding, digital content, and launch materials together with attention to detail and ownership.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of marketing experience with project management and organizational skills.
• Experience in multifamily, real estate, hospitality, homebuilding, or multi-location environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage lease up marketing timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies from planning through launch.
• Coordinate branding, renderings, signage, collateral, photography, video, virtual tours, websites, and other marketing assets.
• Support new community website launches with content, assets, stakeholder reviews, QA, and CMS updates.
• Partner with Development, Operations, onsite teams, internal Marketing, tech partners and vendors to move projects forward.
