Zusammenfassung

Novogradac is seeking a Multifamily Property Compliance Manager in Bellevue to lead daily multifamily compliance engagements, ensuring regulatory adherence and client satisfaction. You will supervise analysts, provide technical guidance, and manage workload and performance to deliver high-quality results.

Ideal candidates will have advanced knowledge of affordable housing programs (LIHTC, HOME) and strong analytical and communication skills to build trusted client relationships and support

Qualifikationen

Deep knowledge of affordable housing regulations and programs (federal, state, local).
Ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and assess compliance risk.
Experience supervising and coaching a team of analysts.
Strong client relationship management and service delivery.
Excellent communication and decision-making skills.

Aufgaben

Oversee day-to-day multifamily compliance engagements, including planning and delivery.
Review tenant file compliance and related work products for quality and regulatory adherence.
Serve as escalation point for complex compliance matters and client questions.
Provide technical guidance on LIHTC, HOME, and other affordable housing programs.
Coach and develop analysts; manage workload and performance evaluations.
Monitor performance, productivity, and quality, proposing improvements.
Foster strong client relationships and contribute to business development.
