• Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of directly related experience in the administration and monitoring of multifamily affordable housing programs, including at least 3 years of leadership or management experience.
• COS certification or Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) designation required.

• Oversee day-to-day multifamily compliance engagements: planning, staffing, scheduling, workload allocation, and timely deliverables.
• Review tenant-file compliance reviews, reports, and related work products for quality and regulatory adherence.

• Supervise and develop Senior/Junior Analysts; provide feedback and performance evaluations.
