Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in multifamily housing program administration.
• COS or equivalent certification and HCCP designation required.
• Experience leading teams of property compliance professionals.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day multifamily compliance engagements, including planning, staffing, scheduling, and timely deliverables.
• Review tenant file compliance reviews and related work products for quality and regulatory compliance.
• Escalate complex compliance matters and client questions.
• Provide guidance on affordable housing programs (LIHTC, etc.).
• Supervise and develop analysts, including performance evaluations.
• Monitor engagement performance, quality standards, and team capacity.
• Maintain strong client relationships through professionalism and responsiveness.
• Support training, process improvements, and knowledge sharing.
• Assist leadership with client service strategies and business development.
