Novogradac & Company LLP seeks a Multifamily Property Compliance Manager to oversee daily operations, provide leadership to a team of analysts, and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local affordable housing programs. The role focuses on quality control, planning, staffing, and client satisfaction across engagements.

You will interpret complex regulations, mentor staff, and maintain strong relationships with clients while driving service excellence and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years in administration and monitoring of multifamily affordable housing programs.
• Leadership experience including supervision of analysts and performance evaluations.
• Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) or Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) designation required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day multifamily compliance engagements from planning to delivery.
• Review occupancy reviews and related work products for quality and regulatory compliance.
• Provide technical guidance on federal, state, and local affordable housing requirements.
• Supervise and develop analysts, including coaching and training.
