Novogradac & Company LLP seeks a Multifamily Property Compliance Manager to lead daily operations of multifamily compliance engagements. You will guide analysts, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee engagement planning, performance, and client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have strong knowledge of LIHTC, HOME, and other programs, plus leadership and communication skills to mentor teams and drive improvements across engagements.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of directly related experience in the administration and monitoring of multifamily affordable housing programs.
• COS or equivalent certification and HCCP designation required.
• Additional company-sponsored compliance certifications may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day execution of multifamily compliance engagements: planning, staffing, scheduling, workload allocation, and timely delivery of client deliverables.
• Review pre- and post-occupancy tenant file compliance reviews and related reports for quality and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as escalation point for complex compliance matters and client questions.
• Provide technical guidance on affordable housing programs (IRC 42, 142, HOME, NHTF, HOTMA).
• Supervise and develop Senior/Property Compliance Analysts and Junior Analysts; provide feedback and performance evaluations.
• Monitor engagement performance, productivity, quality standards, and team capacity; identify improvements.
• Develop and maintain client relationships with professionalism and responsiveness; support business development and industry involvement.
