Job summary

BBQ-152 is seeking a Manager to support the General Manager across multiple restaurant locations. You will oversee operations and staff, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to company standards.

This role requires entrepreneurial energy, hands-on leadership, and the ability to manage schedules, costs, and sanitation. One year of management experience and a valid Manager Food Safety certification are required.

Qualifications

• One year of management experience required.
• Must possess Manager Food Safety certification (within one month of employment).
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
• Able to work days, nights, and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations and staff across multiple locations.
• Hire, train, and develop hourly employees.
• Review financial data weekly and drive sales and profits.
• Maintain schedules and inventories to meet labor and cost targets.
• Ensure high levels of customer service and food quality.
