Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a high-potential restaurant leader to step into a Manager role at a growing BBQ concept in Michigan. You will undergo a structured training program and work alongside a top General Manager before taking charge of your own location.

The role emphasizes leading both FOH and BOH operations, coaching teams, and driving guest satisfaction, food quality, and profitability. A strong mentorship culture supports long-term advancement and excellent compensation.

Qualifications

• Current manager or promotable assistant general manager in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• Proven success leading both FOH and BOH operations.
• Hands-on, lead-by-example leadership style.
• Strong financial and operational management skills.
• Passion for training and developing future leaders.
• Knowledge of scratch kitchen operations and ServSafe standards.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license.

• Develop, coach, and inspire high-performing teams.
• Drive guest satisfaction, food quality, and operational excellence.
• Manage P&L, labor, food cost, inventory, and financial performance.
