Nothing Bundt Cakes #248 is seeking an Accounting & Payroll Specialist to manage core transactional finance and payroll duties across 11 locations in NE, IA, CO, and WY. This role supports the VP of Finance with payments, benefits, and compliance tasks.

The ideal candidate has multi-state payroll experience, strong accounts payable skills, and can coordinate with ADP Run and benefits providers while aiding with cash projections and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll processing experience preferred.
• Experience with multi-state payroll (NE, IA, CO, WY) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll for 1 management entity across 11 locations.
• Train bakery managers on payroll systems (ADP Run).
• Support benefits enrollment, terminations, and open enrollment.
