House of Spices Inc. India seeks a Safety Manager to develop and oversee comprehensive safety programs across 10 warehouses in the U.S. and Canada. You will partner with HR, QA, Fleet, and Operations to identify risks, investigate incidents, and foster a strong safety culture.

The role requires 5+ years in workplace safety, knowledge of U.S./Canada regulations, and ability to travel between locations. CSP/CRSP and forklift trainer credentials are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of five years of workplace safety experience, preferably in warehouse/logistics.
• Experience managing safety programs across multiple locations.
• Working knowledge of U.S. and Canadian workplace safety requirements.
• Experience conducting safety audits, risk assessments, training, and incident investigations.
• Strong understanding of warehouse hazards, PPE requirements, and safety policies.
• Professional safety certification such as CSP, ASP, CRSP or equivalent preferred.
• Forklift/Powered Industrial Truck trainer certification is an asset.
• CPR, AED, and first-aid certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently between locations.
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills preferred.
