Job summary

PeopleSuite Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Multi-Site Plant Manager to lead manufacturing operations across multiple facilities in the United States. You will ensure safety, quality, service, and financial performance while driving continuous improvement.

You will develop plant leadership teams, optimize equipment, materials, and labor, and collaborate with Sales and Customer Service to meet customer requirements. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant plant management experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of operations leadership in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Multi-site manufacturing leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Operational Excellence methodologies preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for day-to-day manufacturing operations across multiple plant locations.
• Develop and execute strategic and tactical operating plans aligned with plant and company objectives.
• Oversee production planning to ensure customer requirements for quality, service, cost, and delivery are met.
• Monitor plant performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to improve results.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Service to maximize plant capacity, utilization, and responsiveness to customer requirements.
• Lead plant-level projects for equipment, molds, processes, and other operational improvements.
• Travel between plant locations and other business locations as needed, up to 50%.
