Job summary

Weldall Manufacturing Inc. seeks a Plant Manager to lead operations across three facilities, directing production, safety, and quality. You will work with supervisors to remove barriers, drive accountability, and ensure customer commitments are met while maintaining cost controls.

The role emphasizes people leadership, lean initiatives, and collaboration with engineering, scheduling, quality, HR, safety, maintenance and senior leadership to achieve operational goals across multiple shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, manufacturing management, business, or related field.
• 7+ years progressive leadership in a manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years leading supervisors or multiple manufacturing departments.
• Experience in custom fabrication, welding, machining, or heavy manufacturing preferred.
• Experience leading multi-shift operations.
• Experience with ERP systems; Epicor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership for manufacturing operations across three facilities and multiple shifts.
• Maintain visible presence on the production floor and address operational issues while upholding safety and quality.
• Set daily priorities; ensure supervisors understand expectations and commitments to customers.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, capacity, and resources to maximize throughput and meet delivery goals.
• Lead lean initiatives, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement to reduce waste.
