Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management or related field.
• Master's degree or MBA is highly desirable.
• 10+ years in manufacturing operations with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement multi-site manufacturing strategy aligned with objectives.
• Lead Plant Managers to ensure consistent execution of priorities.
• Set governance to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost efficiency.
• Oversee annual operating plans, capex, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Foster safety culture, risk reduction, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive Lean and CI initiatives to boost capacity and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, HR.
• Use metrics and data analytics to drive corrective actions.
