Job summary

Markent Personnel places an established durable-goods manufacturer in Northwest Wisconsin seeking a hands-on Multi-Site Operations Manager to provide senior leadership across three facilities and 150–170 production staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-site manufacturing
• Lean, ERP/MRP experience
• Strong leadership and engagement abilities

Responsibilities

• Lead Production Managers across three sites and oversee safety, quality, productivity, staffing, labor efficiency and cost control.
• Drive leadership development and succession across day, night and weekend operations.
• Utilize data-driven practices and strong floor presence to build engagement and accountability.
