Qualifications

• Union background and experience managing a large multisite operation.
• Proven ability to deliver improvements in safety, productivity, and cost.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L and capital project oversight.
• Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar CI disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence across multiple plants, an offsite warehouse, and a customer service building.
• Lead safety, environmental, quality, and reliability initiatives to meet commitments.
• Manage capital programs including furnace rebuilds, automation, and capacity expansions.
