Job summary

OSI Group is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee HR operations across two to three facilities in Indiana. You will drive compliance, lead labor relations, and manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly roles while partnering with corporate Talent Acquisition for salaried positions.

The role requires strong knowledge of employment laws, leadership skills, and the ability to travel between sites regularly to support HR initiatives and audits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years at manager level.
• Experience in manufacturing and multi-site HR leadership is preferred.
• Experience in a unionized environment with grievances and CBAs handling is required.
• Solid knowledge of state and federal employment laws and compliance programs.
• Excellent English communication skills; bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations across two to three facilities and align with leadership teams.
• Own full-cycle recruitment and staffing for hourly production roles and coordinate with Talent Acquisition for salaried roles.
• Ensure HR compliance, Form I-9 audits, reporting, and regulatory adherence.
• Provide coaching on performance, development and engagement, and manage employee relations.
• Manage investigations, disciplinary actions and unemployment claim hearings.
• Travel between sites to support HR initiatives and audits.
