Job summary

TIME Manufacturing Company seeks a Human Resources Manager to lead HR strategy across multiple facilities. This role partners with plant leadership to align workforce initiatives with business goals, while ensuring safe, compliant, high-performance operations. Travel ~20% to Midwest sites; based at the Pocahontas, IA facility.

Responsibilities include labor relations, compliance, payroll/data management via ADP platforms, and workforce analytics to drive productivity and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent progressive HR experience may be considered.
• 7+ years HR experience, with at least 3 years supporting manufacturing or industrial operations.
• Strong working knowledge of employment law, wage and hour regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Experience supporting multi-site operations preferred.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS systems, specifically ADP Workforce Now or ADP Vantage, including payroll and reporting.
• HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership with Operations: support production goals, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
• Employee & Labor Relations: act as primary HR contact across facilities and coach leaders.
• HR Compliance: ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, including wage/hour and FMLA.
• Compensation, Benefits & Workforce Analytics: manage payroll data and analytics, support merit planning.
• HR Operations & HRIS Management: maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across sites.
