Atlantic Brain and Spine seeks an accomplished Practice Manager to lead operations across all locations. You will partner with neurosurgeons, APPs, and administrative teams to optimize clinic flow, staffing, and patient experience.

The role requires strong executive presence, experience with multi-site healthcare operations, and a track record of improving access, quality, and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or RN required; MBA/MHA preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years in progressive healthcare management.
• Experience leading multi-site clinics and collaborating with executives.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational oversight for all practice sites.
• Direct supervision of clinic staff, including Medical Assistants.
• Standardize workflows and optimize scheduling across locations.
• Partner with physicians, APPs, billing, and leadership to improve throughput.
• Drive data dashboards on volumes, payor mix, and patient satisfaction.
• Oversee disability paperwork, FMLA, and related processes.
