Job summary

Mayfield Brain & Spine is actively seeking an experienced clinical operations leader to oversee assigned clinical locations and key operational functions. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will partner with physicians, APPs, and staff to drive operational excellence, consistency, and continuous improvement while supporting exceptional patient care.

This role may oversee Compliance, Telecommunications, and EHR template design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive healthcare practice management experience.
• Experience managing a practice with multiple physicians and APPS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational management of assigned clinical location(s) and related areas such as Compliance, Telecommunications, and EHR template design.
• Ensure performance, consistency, and continuous improvement of locations and functions.
• Establish work procedures and standards to improve efficiency and patient care.
• Provide input to strategic decisions affecting areas of responsibility.
