Job summary

PMR Healthcare is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee operations across multiple primary care locations. This hands-on leader will coordinate clinical and administrative teams, ensure consistent workflows, and travel regularly between sites to drive performance.

The role requires prior clinical support experience (MA/CMA/LPN/RN or similar) and a track record of coaching staff, improving processes, and maintaining regulatory compliance in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in healthcare management or clinical leadership.
• Experience supervising clinical staff and multi-site operations.
• Ability to travel between clinics and support onsite operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple primary care sites.
• Lead, train, and develop clinical and administrative staff.
