Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations to meet MMG standards and local laws.
• Lead on-site leasing and occupancy efforts to maximize occupancy.
• Assist in budget development and monitor financial performance.
• Manage maintenance requests and vendor relationships for timely service.
• Direct staff, conduct performance reviews, and provide training.
• Prepare reports on occupancy, financials, and maintenance activities.
