Job summary

Outcomes is seeking a senior-level account management professional to provide ongoing support and consultative services to strategic network partners, focused on increasing MTM performance and supporting OutcomesOne paid solutions. You will build strategic relationships with network partners, apply clinical pharmacy expertise to drive MTM performance, and prepare and analyze partner reports.

• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating clinical pharmacy programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects.

Responsibilities

• Build collaborative relationships with network partners.
• Apply clinical pharmacy and MTM knowledge to engage partners.
• Prepare and analyze partner reports and data requests.
• Communicate platform and program changes to partners.
• Lead complex projects impacting the team and network.
• Coordinate performance review meetings with organizations.
• Support contracting, implementations, and integrations with partners.
• Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical teams on data analysis and process improvements.
