RXinsider LTD. in Des Moines, IA is seeking a senior partner liaison to manage clinical program partnerships and MTM initiatives. You will analyze performance data, prepare partner reports, and coordinate reviews with organizations to drive program improvements.

The role requires strong healthcare experience, knowledge of MTM, and the ability to work autonomously within an integrated team. A PharmD is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

Healthcare experience strongly preferred.
Experience coordinating clinical pharmacy programs preferred.
Ability to meet multiple deadlines.
Understanding of concepts and technical capabilities for varied tasks.
May contribute to policy development and procedures.

Responsibilities

Build collaborative relationships with network partners.
Engage partners on MTM performance using clinical knowledge.
Prepare and analyze reports for network partners.
Communicate platform changes and anticipated impacts to operations.
Drive insights and strategy from performance data.
Lead complex projects with general guidance.
Coordinate weekly/monthly performance reviews with partners.
