RXinsider LTD. in Des Moines, IA is seeking an experienced professional to provide ongoing support and consultative services to strategic network partners, focusing on MTM performance and OutcomesOne paid solutions.

You will build relationships, analyze partner reports, drive data-based insights, and coordinate meetings. Candidates should have healthcare experience, strong communication, and a strategic, autonomous mindset.

Qualifications

Healthcare experience strongly preferred.
Ability to meet multiple deadlines.
Applies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks and projects.
May contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Works on complex projects of large scope.
Develops technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.

Work reviewed for purpose of meeting objectives.

High level of expertise in Outcomes programs and the OutcomesOne Platform.

Must be comfortable presenting in front of a group and coaching peers.

Responsibilities

Build collaborative and strategic relationships with network partners at assigned organizations.
Prepare and analyze reports for assigned network partners, including requesting data or custom reports as needed.
Analyze organization performance data to drive insights, strategy, and recommend best practices to improve.
Ensure day-to-day needs are met and appropriately delegate tasks to support associate.
Independently leads complex projects impacting the team or network with only general guidance.
Applies comprehensive knowledge to solve problems and complete tasks independently.
Coordinate and lead weekly or monthly performance review meetings with assigned organizations; onsite meetings as required.
Responsible for team processes, including developing and maintaining policies and procedures.
Navigate contracting and implementation with new network providers and updates.
