Job summary

Outcomes® is seeking a Pharmacist to lead clinical program design and configuration for both internal and external stakeholders. The role oversees clinical opportunity generation and supports client accounts with data-driven insights.

The position requires Pharmacy Degree and active license, with MTM experience preferred and strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist with MTM experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while collaborating with teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new clinical programs aligned with client requests.
• Provide clinical program management for internal and external stakeholders.
• Generate and identify clinical opportunities for assigned clients.
• Prepare and analyze clinical reports for client accounts.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Product, Quality, and Technology to define requirements.
• Support sales discussions with prospective clients and answer clinical questions.
