Qualifications

• Healthcare experience strongly preferred.
• Experience providing and/or coordinating clinical pharmacy programs strongly preferred.
• Ability to meet multiple deadlines.
• Applies comprehensive knowledge to perform varied tasks and projects.
• May contribute to policy and procedures development.
• Works on complex projects of large scope.

Responsibilities

• Build collaborative and strategic relationships with network partners.
• Apply clinical and MTM knowledge to engage partners and drive performance.
• Prepare and analyse reports for network partners.
• Maintain frequent communications about platform and program changes.
• Lead complex projects with general guidance.
• Coordinate and lead performance review meetings with organizations.
• Navigate contracting, implementations, and integrations with partners.
• Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical teams on data analysis and process improvements.
