Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 4 years of professional sales experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of business experience, ideally in recruiting professional roles.
• Preferably background knowledge in Finance & Accounting, Healthcare, or Business Operations.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and recruit top-tier talent with in office professionals.
• Work with talent to identify new business leads and expand current accounts.
• Understand what drives success for your customers and deliver to it.
• Educate on current market conditions and negotiate pay rates.
• Facilitate strategic matches between client staffing requirements and talent skills/experience.
• Manage relationships with current clients, identify future needs, and offer thought leadership for daily operations.
• Delight in delivering top-quality service to bolster client operations.
