Job summary

Randstad Sourceright is seeking an MSP Specialist to drive efficient HR operational processes and deliver an excellent client and contractor experience. The role reports to the Account Manager and emphasizes confidentiality and high-quality data handling.

The candidate should have a diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred) with 3+ years in recruitment or operations, strong communication skills, and proficiency with ATS and MS Office. Aware of Lean Sigma is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience (recruitment or operations-related).
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and organisational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with tact and diplomacy.
• Proficiency in managing ATS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Execute a suite of HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Data entry and data quality initiatives for client groups.
• Respond to client and contractor queries per SLAs and escalate when needed.
• Assist with statutory and compliance reporting by collating data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and analyse process metrics.
