Job summary
Advizex, a Myriad360 company, is seeking a Solution Outcome Manager to act as the strategic partner for a portfolio of managed services customers. You will own executive relationships, drive outcomes, and ensure profitability while aligning technology with business objectives.
The role focuses on customer satisfaction, retention, and recurring revenue growth, working with service delivery, operations, sales, and leadership to deliver measurable business value. Must be based in the United States.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Business or related field.
- 8+ years in customer success, service delivery, or related leadership roles.
- Hands-on experience in enterprise networking, cybersecurity, storage, virtualization, and modern IT platforms.
- Proven track record in retention, growth, and profitability for managed services.
- Experience leading executive-level customer engagements and strategic reviews.
Responsibilities
- Own customer relationships with executive stakeholders and IT leaders.
- Lead regular QBRs and annual strategic planning with accounts.
- Ensure realization of value from managed services and drive renewals.
- Identify opportunities for service expansion and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with delivery, operations, and sales to align technology with business goals.
- Provide strategic guidance on cybersecurity, cloud, and modernization initiatives.
