Job summary

Advizex, a Myriad360 company, is seeking a strategic and technically proficient Solution Outcome Management Leader to scale our Managed Services Customer Success organization. The role leads a team of 5–10 Solution Outcome Managers to drive onboarding, adoption, value realization, renewal, and expansion across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Service Delivery, or related leadership roles.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Proven experience building/scaling Customer Success practices.
• Hands-on technical experience in networking, cybersecurity, storage, virtualization, or related areas.
• Experience with MSP or IT services providers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a high-performing team of 5 to 10 Solution Outcome Managers.
• Own retention, health, and account profitability.
• Develop executive-level relationships with key stakeholders.
• Create playbooks, health scoring models, and success plans.
• Establish operational metrics, dashboards, and reporting.
