Job summary

Advizex, part of Myriad360, seeks a strategic and technically proficient Solution Outcome Management Leader to scale our Managed Services Customer Success organization. You will drive a customer success strategy that boosts retention, adoption, and expansion across our MSP portfolio.

The ideal candidate has built or transformed a Customer Success practice, with a strong IT infrastructure, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, or managed services background, and a track record of leading CS teams to

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS/IT/Business or related field.
10+ years in Customer Success or related leadership roles.
5+ years of people leadership managing CSMs or similar teams.
Hands-on tech experience in networking, cybersecurity, storage, virtualization or MSP environments.

Responsibilities

Build and lead a high-performing team of 5–10 Solution Outcome Managers.
Establish operating model, processes, and KPIs for the organization.
Create scalable lifecycle programs: onboarding, adoption, value realization, renewal, expansion.
Own retention, health, and profitability; develop executive relationships.
Identify and mitigate customer risk through proactive engagement and health monitoring.
Partner with Sales to uncover growth opportunities and support upsell/cross-sell.
Design playbooks, health scoring models, and success plans.
Develop segmentation and engagement strategies; set operational dashboards.
Lead business reviews and executive stakeholder meetings.
