Job summary

Myriad360, LLC seeks a Solution Outcome Manager (Remote) to partner with Advizex-managed services customers and drive measurable business outcomes through adoption of managed IT solutions.

You will oversee customer satisfaction, retention, recurring revenue growth, and account profitability while coordinating with Delivery, Operations, Sales, and Leadership to align technology with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Service Delivery, Account Management, Managed Services, or related leadership roles.
• Hands-on technical experience in enterprise networking, cybersecurity, storage, virtualization, hyperconverged infra, or databases.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders and IT decision-makers.
• Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships through understanding each customer’s goals and technology priorities.
• Conduct regular operational meetings, QBRs, and annual strategic planning reviews.
• Ensure customers realize the full value of their managed services investment.
