Job summary

Advizex, a Myriad360 company, is seeking a Solution Outcome Manager to partner with managed services customers and drive measurable business outcomes through adoption of IT solutions.

Based in the United States, you will lead executive relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, and guide strategic technology planning, cybersecurity, cloud strategy, and modernization initiatives to improve profitability and customer success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer success, service delivery, account management, or related leadership roles.
• Hands-on experience in enterprise networking, cybersecurity, storage, virtualization, or similar.
• Proven track record of driving retention, growth, and profitability.
• Experience leading executive-level engagements and strategic reviews.
• Strong analytical, financial, and business problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong executive relationships with stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary strategic contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships through business goal alignment.
• Conduct operations meetings, QBRs, and annual strategic planning reviews.
• Ensure customers realize the full value of managed services investments.
• Monitor customer health and coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and revenue growth.
• Collaborate on technology roadmaps and cybersecurity/cloud initiatives.
