Job summary

Advizex, a Myriad360 company, is seeking a Solution Outcome Manager to partner with a portfolio of managed services customers and drive measurable business outcomes through adoption of IT solutions.

You will lead executive reviews, align technology with business goals, and collaborate with Service Delivery, Operations, Sales, and leadership to optimize value, profitability, and renewal rates.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Service Delivery, Account Management, Managed Services, or related customer-facing leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with executive stakeholders and serve as the primary contact for assigned customers.
• Drive customer success plans to achieve measurable business outcomes and value realization.
• Monitor customer health and mitigate risks impacting retention and profitability.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and renewals in collaboration with Sales.
• Develop technology roadmaps and advise on cybersecurity, cloud strategy, and modernization initiatives.
