Job summary
Mortgage Cadence is transforming the mortgage technology landscape with modern, cloud-based lending solutions powered by Agentic AI. We are seeking a highly driven and consultative Sales Development Representative to help expand adoption of the Mortgage Cadence Platform (MCP) across banks, credit unions, IMBs, and other mortgage originators.
In this customer-facing role, you will own and support the full sales cycle for both MCP Essentials and MCP Enterprise, acting as a trusted advisor to
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise software sales or related roles in mortgage tech.
- Strong understanding of mortgage production lifecycle.
- Experience closing large enterprise software deals.
- Existing network within mortgage origination ecosystem.
- Ability to communicate with executives and technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close for MCP Essentials and Enterprise.
- Build and maintain a pipeline across banks, credit unions, IMBs, and lenders.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with executive, operational, and technical stakeholders.
- Lead discovery sessions to identify pain points and goals.
- Conduct tailored product demonstrations and workshops with Solutions Strategists.
- Manage complex enterprise sales cycles with multi-stakeholder engagement.
