Job summary

Educational Systems FCU in the United States is seeking a Mortgage Loan Servicing Manager to oversee all first mortgage and equity loan servicing activities, including post-closing, secondary market, and remittance processes. You will ensure compliance with Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and other guidelines while driving data integrity and operational efficiency.

You will lead a cross-functional team, manage investor relations, and collaborate with senior management to expand servicing capabilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or related field preferred.
• 7–10 years mortgage servicing experience in a financial institution following Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae loan servicing requirements.
• Minimum 5 years management/supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage loan servicing requirements including regulatory and investor guidelines.
• Experience with Conventional, FHA, FHLB, USDA loan programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all first mortgage and equity loan servicing functions.
• Ensure post-closing secondary market and remittance processes are executed correctly.
• Align servicing operations with Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and other investor guidelines.
• Lead a high‑performing servicing team and drive process efficiency.
• Collaborate with senior management to evaluate and establish new secondary and capital market relationships.
