Job summary

Centennial Bank is seeking a Mortgage Lending Manager to lead residential mortgage activities, supervise originators, and align production with strategic and regulatory objectives. You will work with the management team to drive quality, compliance, and growth in a dynamic market.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong financial acumen, and the ability to build referral networks with Realtors and builders, while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of accounting, marketing, business administration, finance.
• Equivalent to a four year college degree, plus 6 years related experience and/or training, and 3 years related management experience.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration may be required at employment.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead mortgage lending strategy and supervise Mortgage Loan Originators and/or Mortgage Lender Supervisors.
• Set and monitor production and income targets for originators.
• Maintain knowledge of loan products, processing procedures, and underwriting guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with CRA and Fair Lending regulations and corporate guidelines.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth production flow and timely loan processing.
• Represent the department in lending meetings and market development activities.
