Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in Dallas seeks a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the chief contact for clients throughout the loan lifecycle, offering expert home lending guidance and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will coach branch staff, collaborate with bankers to grow mortgage originations, and use marketing and cross-sell efforts to deliver an outstanding customer experience. NMLS registration and industry knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing initiatives.
• Promotes mortgage loan originations within footprint territories and reports relationships.
• Builds relationships with customers as the mortgage expert, providing financial guidance.
