Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise architecture or consulting on the Salesforce Platform.
• Expert in Salesforce configuration and architectural strategy, translating current-state complexity into clear target-state designs.
• Experience leading discovery sessions, defining business requirements, writing user stories and providing detailed system designs
• Strong presentation and communication skills, able to tailor material for diverse stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the client
• Identify and lead internal strategic initiatives to grow the consulting practice; contribute to the community's knowledge base
• Guide customers in deploying emerging technologies that drive business value
• Communicate clearly and teach complex concepts across organizational levels
