Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking Solution Architects to join the MissionForce team within Salesforce Professional Services.

You will provide architectural leadership across large engagements, partnering with executives and delivery stakeholders to co-create solution visions for complex federal customers in the Defense & National Security space. The role combines Salesforce platform expertise, industry knowledge, and consulting acumen to deliver scalable, mission-aligned solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise architecture or consulting experience on the Salesforce Platform.
• Expert in Salesforce configuration and architectural strategy, translating current-state complexity into clear target-state designs.
• Experience leading discovery sessions, defining business requirements, writing user stories and providing detailed system and functional designs
• Strong presentation skills; able to effectively present a point of view and clearly articulate the rationale to a variety of stakeholders
• Qualification for this job is contingent upon acceptable results from a background investigation and your obtaining and maintaining the specific level of U.S. Government security clearance required for this role. U.S. citizenship (U.S. born or naturalized) required.
