You will shape solution visions, ensure architectural integrity, and drive delivery excellence as part of the MissionForce team.

The role spans presales and delivery, partnering with executives to position federal customers for long-term success while enforcing best practices and scalable solutions across MissionForce

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise architecture or consulting on the Salesforce Platform, with success.
• Expertise in Salesforce configuration and architectural strategy.
• Experience leading discovery sessions and writing user stories.
• Experience documenting business processes and system designs.
• Strong presentation and communication skills; can tailor materials to audience.
• Citizenship and security clearance requirements for government work.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the client.
• Identify and lead internal strategic initiatives to grow the consulting practice.
• Guide customers in deploying emerging technologies that drive business value.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly across client levels.
• Identify and manage risk areas to drive issues to resolution.
