The role partners with executive and delivery stakeholders to co-create and execute scalable, mission-aligned solutions on the Salesforce platform. The position spans presales and delivery, shaping and scoping engagements to position federal customers for long-term success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise architecture or consulting experience on the Salesforce Platform.
• Expert in Salesforce configuration and architectural strategy.
• Experience leading discovery sessions, defining business requirements, writing user stories.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain required U.S. Government security clearance.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the client.
• Identify and lead internal strategic initiatives to grow the consulting practice; contribute to the knowledge base.
• Guide customers and colleagues in deploying technologies that drive business value.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly across client organizations.
• Identify and proactively manage risk areas and drive issues to resolution.
• Negotiate solutions with customers and third-party partners.
• Review and adjust project direction to keep programs on track.
• Drive program vision and align strategies to enable Salesforce platform technologies.
