Qualifications

• Expert in Salesforce configuration and architectural strategy.
• Experience leading discovery sessions and writing user stories.
• Experience documenting business processes and system designs using diagram tools (UML, etc.).
• Strong presentation and communication skills; ability to convey complex concepts.
