Job summary

Systems Intelligence, an Akima company, is seeking a Mission Support Business Manager to support AFNWC leadership. Hybrid work, strong editing, and calendar management are key. You’ll oversee taskers, ensure document quality, and coordinate meetings with stakeholders.

Requirements include a SECRET clearance, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and 2+ years in a government/DoD business management setting. Proficiency in SharePoint and documentation is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET security clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years in acquisition program office, DoW HQ/staff, or similar business management role.
• Experience managing taskers and workflows using formal systems (TMT preferred).
• Experience reviewing staff packages and briefs for senior leadership.
• Ability to create documentation, training materials, and online resources.
• Excellent collaboration and communication with staff at all levels.
• Strong editing, grammar, and compliance with standards.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive and management support for AFNWC operations and staff.
• Print, review speeches, remarks, presentations, and publications.
• Maintain AFNWC calendars and cross-reference with Director of Staff.
• Manage taskers via official workflows and Task Management Tool (TMT).
• Monitor emails, identify bottlenecks, and track item status.
• Quality check staff packages and resources for leadership.
• Maintain an Action Officer SharePoint site with templates and training.
• Coordinate actions for AFNWC meetings and forums.
• Organize staff meetings, agenda, presentations, and IT/VTC needs.
