Quality Technology Services, LLC is seeking a dynamic Military Talent Program Manager to lead their military talent hiring program and expand a strategic pipeline of veterans, transitioning service members, and military spouses.

In this role you will partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to translate workforce needs into actionable military talent pipelines, drive internal adoption, and manage external partnerships for SkillBridge and related programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in HR, business admin, sales, or program management.
• Experience in program management, talent acquisition, sales, or military talent programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QTS's military talent hiring program (SkillBridge, veteran, transitioning service member, and military-spouse initiatives).
• Champion military hiring and engage leaders to address workforce needs with military talent solutions.
• Build internal adoption and engagement by promoting the program and creating hiring opportunities.
