Zusammenfassung

Quality Technology Services is seeking a Military Talent Program Manager to lead our military talent hiring initiatives, including SkillBridge, veterans, transitioning service members, and military spouses. You will partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to identify workforce needs and drive adoption of the program across the organization.

As the internal advocate and SME for the program, you will build and maintain relationships with external military organizations, track KPIs,

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in HR, business administration, sales, program management, or military/veteran programs.
• Three or more years of experience in program management, talent acquisition, recruiting, business development, sales, or military talent programs.
• Experience with SkillBridge or military talent preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement QTS's military talent program including SkillBridge and related initiatives.
• Advocate for military hiring and engage leaders to demonstrate the value of military-connected talent.
• Identify roles and teams aligned with military talent and future workforce needs.
• Build internal pipeline by promoting the program and generating hiring opportunities.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to translate business demand into actionable pipelines.
